Hello! I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are seeking a space in therapy that fosters possibilities for growth, change and healing. I am trained through Gottman Method Level 3. I utilize their research and interventions when working with couples. I am to provide a space in therapy that's less about pointing fingers and more about practicing the tools to have success outside of therapy. I love working with individuals who feel stuck in current patterns and want to explore paths to healing. We'll explore your current experiences together and find avenues of change that feel most aligned with you.

I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, trauma, & relationship issues. I also enjoy working with couples experiencing communication challenges, feelings of disconnection, & working through differences of opinions. I utilize the Gottman method along with other fitting tools.
