I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you will feel not only accepted, but celebrated.
My therapeutic style incorporates narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic (body-focused) techniques, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I operate under assumption that you are the expert in your own life – my role is to work with you to explore your goals and how we can reach them together.
