Asking for help when we're struggling is one of the most courageous, empowering acts of self-love a person can make, and that bravery deserves to be nurtured and met with compassion and humanness. My clients are often struggling with self-acceptance, boundary setting, and leaning into their full, weird, incredible selves. I am neurodivergent identified and affirming, queer affirming, and have appreciation for all types of spiritual beliefs and relationship structures. I’d love to take the next steps in building the life that you want through a therapist relationship built on authenticity.
I work from an integrative perspective, utilizing elements of DBT, parts work, person-centered therapy, Brainspotting, and am an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Professional. I've worked extensively with ADHD, anxiety, difficulty regulating emotions, depression, substance dependence, self-injury, and crisis intervention.
I help anxious and neurodivergent adults to empower themselves to set boundaries, develop radical self compassion, and create a safe space to practice unmasking to move toward a more authentic life. A supportive space for anxious, neurodivergent folks learning to set boundaries, embrace their weirdness, find community, and try to be nicer to themselves. Each week caters to the needs of the group and everyone's capacity for processing at that time, so its a safe space whether you are emotionally overwhelmed, or completely tapped out.
