I most often work with individuals who have dealt with addiction or have family members with addictions and couples in distress who are seeking repair or clarity on how to move forward in their relationship. I also form great connections with teens/young adults helping them cope with the challenges of developing during this current landscape.
Utilizing a psychodynamic and psychoanalytically informed approach, I generally work long term with clients, knowing that trust is built out over time and change takes the time it takes. I honor the complexity and specificity of each client's experience by offering a sturdy, consistent space for exploration and diving into the depths.
