I find that I work best with adult individuals who have dealt with addiction or have family members with addiction, are in a place of deconstructing and/or reconstructing their spirituality, or are looking to explore their sexuality. I also form great connections teens/young adults, and have helped many couples in distress.
Utilizing a psychodynamic approach, I highly value long term work with clients that allows for change to take the time it takes. I work from a relationally-oriented perspective.
