Lauren is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her degree from Trevecca University in Nashville. Lauren offers holistic therapy for individuals through a trauma-focused lens. In addition to providing therapy, Lauren is an AAMFT-approved Supervisor in training, under Dr. Laura Anderson, LMFT.
Lauren works with anxiety, depression, grief, issues with religion and spirituality, and life transitions, and specializes in Trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD. Lauren uses EMDR, Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution Focused Therapy as her main modalities to assist clients in their healing. It is important to note that Lauren does not accept insurance.
Lauren offers online coaching for those who prefer a more education-focused, direct, and short-term approach. Thirty (30) and sixty (60) minute coaching sessions are available. Lauren also loves offering supervision to developing therapists, who are obtaining their MFT license.
