In addition to providing therapy, Lauren is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and loves working with new professionals.
Lauren works with anxiety, depression, religion and spirituality, and life transitions. She specializes in Trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, and Religious Trauma. Lauren uses EMDR, Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, and Solution-Focused Therapy as her main modalities/tools for therapy. Lauren strives to be a welcoming, open, and affirming therapist to all humans.
Wherever you are in life, Lauren hopes to meet you there and looks forward to walking with you on your journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing. Lauren also offers online coaching for those who prefer a more education-focused, direct, and short-term approach. Thirty (30) and sixty (60) minute coaching sessions are available.
