With over 18 years of experience working with those who struggle with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Behavioral Problems, Depression, Motivation, OCD, Parenting, Relationship Issues, Work Issues, etc., my goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere where we work together to achieve your goals. Therapy is more than just learning coping skills to deal with strong feelings, it involves working through the root of the problem to facilitate long-lasting change. You are the expert on yourself, and my goal is to support you in figuring out how to break unhelpful patterns and learn how to utilize your strengths to confidently move forward.
