Welcome. I currently practice with The Daniel Clinic and take telehealth clients 12+. I have been in the social services field since 2015 and have experience working with children, youth, adults, and families. I take a hands on approach in sessions to help guide you to make new connections and brainstorm ideas to improve your day to day functioning and well being. We will work together to help you establish and monitor your treatment goals.
I specialize in working with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I can help you process past trauma, plan for how to handle future conflict and triggers, process relationship challenges, and to address stressors of day to day life. I'm a member of the LGBTQ+ community and enjoy supporting all gender identities
