I have worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, and have directly served the perinatal population in Phoenix with training in trauma treatments and perinatal mood disorders. With deep compassion, intention, and some humor I know that you can and will reach your mental health goals.
