Even when functioning well outwardly, internally you may feel exhausted from constantly managing thoughts, emotions, symptoms, or the expectations of others.
I specialize in developmental and relational trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic pain or illness. My approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in understanding how experiences shape the nervous system and sense of self. Together, we work to better understand patterns, strengthen regulation, and help life feel more manageable and sustainable.
