I am with Anchored in Healing Counseling & Coaching. The past 7 years, I have worked with a variety of clients that struggle with depression, conflict management and anxiety. I have worked closely with families and assisted with behavior modification and problem solving. I want to help those suffering in silence find their voice. I can assist with identifying key areas of struggle and ways to manage those issues.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-based Therapy. I treat adults struggling with but not limited to depression, anxiety, problem solving, conflict management, and postpartum. I specifically help mothers navigate the ups and downs of motherhood!
I believe in using a holistic approach to assist with improving mental health. All parts of you are important. I want to help you become the best version of you!
