As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and a Certified EMDR Specialist, I offer counseling to individuals who struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, sex/porn addiction, unresolved trauma and those wanting to work on their relationships on an individual and/or couple basis. Therapy would not only focus is not only on the root causes of the issues because going back to the root cause and where our issues originated removes the power it has on us, but reducing the affects that it has on us in the present day so that we can move forward in our lives.
I also have a extensive training and experience treating couples struggling with issues such as loss of trust, loss of connection and difficulty communicating. I specialize working with couples who are contemplating ending the marriage but are not completely confident it is the right decision.
I provide therapy to individuals and couples of all kinds in my office located in Troy, MI as well as virtually to all residents all over the states of Arizona and Michigan.
