I specialize in adult individuals and couples in Discernment Counseling, couples counseling, trauma resolution using EMDR, as well as treatment for sexually compulsive issues and their partners. I am one of only 9 therapists in the country trained directly by Dr. William Doherty in the Discernment Counseling Residency Program at the Doherty Relationship Institute. My work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and an understanding of how the nervous system impacts emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
