Hi there! I’m a seasoned therapist and owner of Eleven Seventeen, LTD. The name 11:17 is rooted in a recurring moment that became a reminder to pause, breathe, and trust the process. It reflects my approach to therapy—supporting clients in slowing down, increasing awareness, navigating life.
I work best with clients 10+ navigating anxiety, ADHD, mood challenges, substance misuse, destructive behaviors, life transitions, and relationship stress. I help high-functioning clients manage overthinking and emotional reactivity while building skills, collaborating with families, schools (IEPs) and treating providers for well-rounded care.

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and solution-focused. Using evidenced based approaches, I tailor my client's treatment plan to best fit their goals- whether it may be short-term support or longer-term growth.
In addition to individual therapy, I hold weekly DBT-informed groups for parents, teens, and those seeking experiential therapy—sometimes outdoors across the North Shore, weather permitting. These groups offer a unique space to connect, build coping skills, and practice emotional regulation with others navigating similar challenges.
