When you are in that constant battle between your head and your heart, and feeling stuck it can be difficult to create change for yourself. Learning how to identify, map out, and integrate what your heart and body is needing with what your brain is saying is where I specialize. My unique approach is to identify and re-establish connections between the body and brain, so we can address any behaviors or loops no longer serving you. I am passionate about providing methods in my practice to better reorganize your experiences and find cohesion between your thoughts and feelings.
