Life is like an iceberg-- there's a small amount of things at the surface that the world tends to see, but there's a vast amount of underlying issues that go unnoticed at the root of a lot of difficulties. Identifying what's under the surface in our sessions can assist with finding understanding, self-compassion, and the strength and tools to move forward.
I am a born-and-raised Oregonian with experience working as a school-based therapist for teens, in an outpatient setting for adolescents and their families, and in the residential level of care treating those with eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses.
