Ideally, my clients are individuals who are looking for someone to support them on their path to healing and flourishing. Simply put, they want to feel better. My clients want to rid themselves of their racing thoughts, nightmares, sleeplessness, sadness, and overall dysfunction. They want better relationships with their loved ones. They want coping skills and techniques that will help them battle their symptoms. They also want someone who is ready to listen to them.
I provide evidence-based practices with a trauma informed lens. I specialize in seeing clients with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, trauma/PTSD, ADHD/ADD, ASD, individuals adjusting to chronic illness or disability, persons with disabilities, sexual abuse, Bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, attachment concerns, athletes, and grief.
When you are deep in a pit of stress or sadness or grief, it isn't always enough for someone to just reach down to help pull you out. Sometimes you need someone to climb down into that pit you're in, and help you climb out together. I would be honored to be that person meeting you at that level, helping you climb up and out.
