I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I help clients understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs driving their symptoms so they can respond differently rather than simply cope harder. Treatment is tailored to the person, with attention to both current distress and the deeper experiences that may be keeping it in place.
