Welcome! As an LPC and Registered Horticultural Therapist (HTR), I support clients aged 10+ with navigating a range of challenges, including struggles with focus and overwhelm, self-worth and identity development, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing on specialized training in DBT and Ecotherapy, I take an experiential approach to help clients identify and manage unwanted patterns in emotional response, relationships, and behaviors. Alongside talk therapy, I offer horticultural therapy and other modes of ecotherapy for those seeking to deepen their healing through meaningful and soothing interactions with nature.
Depending on your unique circumstances and needs, sessions may be offered through an online, in-office, walk-and-talk, or hybrid format. For clients who are interested in supplementing their treatment with horticultural therapy (HT), we can work with plants in-office, virtually, or at local garden sites. Please inquire about seasonal children's HT groups.
I approach therapy with a commitment to social justice and deep respect for your lived experiences.
