I have almost a decade's experience working with adults and children individually, in families, and in groups. My clinical experience includes working with people facing a range of concerns, including chronic suicidal ideation and crisis situations, in both inpatient and outpatient environments. I have received formal training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
Rooted in the biopsychosocial model, my approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I consider how early experiences and trauma shape current patterns and meet clients where they are. I view my role as a supportive guide and witness, walking alongside each person as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
