About
I approach therapy with compassion, awareness, and work to create a space for you to process through your identified needs and goals. In this field it is a privelege to walk alongside those experiencieng depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, boundary issues, and relational difficulties. I work with adults, couples, families, young adults 18+.
I am trained in Prepare and Enrich to utilize with couples at any stage of their relationship to address communication, behavior patterns, and intimacy to name a few. Art therapy is brought into play as a means to safely express and explore an individuals thoughts, feelings, and emotional processing.
