I believe in the power of relationship in therapy and strive to create a safe space for every person that walks through my door. Whether you are experiencing a personal, emotional, or relational challenge, it takes courage to embark on a reflective journey. Through an insight-oriented holistic approach, my focus is to support and promote autonomy in our collaborative work. I provide individual, relational/couple, and family therapy for folks 16+. I am committed to providing inclusive, sex-positive, justice-oriented, and affirming care that values and respects all clients lived experiences.
I have worked extensively with the LGBQIAP+ community, gender diverse & trans persons, those in varied relationship structures, and kinky folx. I have supported many clients with concerns related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational struggles, impacts of HIV, sexuality, navigating the fertility process, and parenting stressors.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland and a board approved supervisor. I have been practicing since 2014 and recently completed my doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision. Doctoral cognate focused on sex therapy and dissertation exploring the lived experience of kinky counselors.
