I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. I use CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy, and person-centered approaches to support meaningful growth and healing.
