Many teens and young women come to therapy when things feel like a lot - big changes, strong emotions, or questions about who they are and where they’re headed. You might be someone who feels deeply, thinks a lot, and notices more than others do. Maybe anxiety or perfectionism shows up, or you’re trying to understand your sensitivity in a fast-paced world.
I work primarily with young women, especially those navigating early adulthood and all the complexity that comes with it. I also support young women with ADHD, helping you better understand how your mind works, feel more balanced, and build confidence in your unique gifts.
My approach is warm, down to earth, and creative. I weave somatic, depth-oriented, & nature-based practices to support clients in being present, building awareness of their nervous system, and fostering deeper clarity and connection. Together we explore identity, transition, and your inner world to discover meaning and cohesion in your life.
Sessions can take place in the office or outdoors, with the option of nature-based and horse-guided sessions for those who feel drawn to connect with nature. You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out, sometimes it’s just a season of change, strong emotions, or uncertainty. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to listen and connect.
