I strive to empower my clients through strength-based counseling approaches to foster independence, responsibility, and self-regulation.
My background includes working with low-income and diverse families with adults and children with disabilities. I have a diverse number of experiences collaborating with individuals with disabilities and within relational therapy.
My goal is to help strengthen coping skills, increase resiliency within the individual, couple, and family system, and help them function at a higher level.
