I provide a mix of real talk and support to help you change patterns that need changing, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer a collaborative space where you can explore your story, shift unhelpful patterns, understand your body's role in all of this, and move toward the life you want. Using attachment work, nervous system work, cognitive skills, and practical skills, I can help to process the past, navigate change, and build self-compassion so you can move forward.
