There comes a time where those patterns stop serving us and get in the way of our relationships, goals, and desires.
I provide a mix of real talk and support to help you change patterns that need changing (with compassion) and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer a collaborative space where you can explore your story, shift unhelpful patterns, understand your body's role in all of this, and move toward the life you want. Using attachment work, nervous system work, cognitive skills, and practical skills, I can help to process the past, navigate change, and build self-compassion so you can move forward.
In our work, I hope you’ll find a supportive space to be honest, ask hard questions, be gently challenged, and try new ways of thinking and being. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and make changes that last, I’d be honored to join you on that.
