I specialize in treating children (age 8+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma symptoms. I am here as a support to collaborate with you to establish a goal or goals to meet your needs. I have experience treating childhood trauma and have a certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to assist children in processing their traumatic experience in a healthy and non-damaging way. I utilize different therapeutic approaches to best assist the client.
I strive to meet the client where they are. I want to help them reach their full potential by being an open ear about their concerns and/or symptoms. I provide education on coping mechanisms to assist with symptom management. Connecting our feelings to our bodies is vital to understand why we might feel the way we do, internally and externally.
