Ever found yourself reviewing the same situation over and over? Or the same thought running in your mind on replay? Do you find yourself repeating the same old patterns and never seeing improvements in your mental health? You have come to the right place! I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults with OCD, anxiety, and depression. I love to support recovering perfectionists with their journey to self compassion and acceptance. We all need a little support and guidance every once in a while. I am happy to be a safe place to get that need met. My approach is holistic, strengths based, and person centered in nature.
I will tailor our dialog to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and identity affirming care. This is a no shame zone so best believe when I catch you talking bad about yourself, I will call you on it! My job is to support, guide, motivate, teach, coach, and follow you on your mental health journey.
Above all else, I want to provide you with warmth, validation, humor, and a safe place to be “not okay”. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I have virtual availability Tues-Fri after 4:30pm and Sundays 9-4pm for clients in MN and WI.
