Powerful healing comes by approaching therapy from a holistic perspective that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. I am experienced at integrating Christian faith into therapy but am flexible and comfortable if your desire is to not include any belief system in therapy. I use an eclectic approach by integrating various evidenced based theories.
