If you are ready to begin, or continue, your journey of healing and growth, I am here to support you. I welcome children, teens, and adults who are experiencing challenges including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, relational struggles, parenting support, grief and loss.
Before transitioning to clinical mental health counseling three years ago, I worked for over 20 years as a school counselor; during that time I gained extensive experience working with children and teens and supporting their families. I am trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR and Brainspotting. I also have experience with selective mutism.
I believe that the antidote to many of life's challenges lies in connection and I am committed to providing an inviting, safe, creative, and at times playful space where we can build that connection. From a foundation of feeling heard, felt, and understood, I will support you to set goals for personal fulfillment and to develop the skills to reach them.
