I deeply believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change. When we feel safe, understood, and valued, we can begin to heal and grow in meaningful ways.
My clients often have experienced trauma, addictions, or life transitions that have been challenging. Drawing on interpersonal neurobiology, I help clients understand and release emotion from their body, offering coping skills and education along the way.
I recognize that each person is unique, and I work to tailor our sessions to your specific needs, goals, and experiences pulling from a variety of evidenced based practices.
My clients experience a blend of many interventions based on their needs. I assist my clients with nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness-based stress reduction, polyvagal, CBT, DBT, IFS informed, and attachment based interventions. I also specialize in sexuality and gender issues as well as individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
As I stated, I value the therapeutic relationship first and foremost. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone to set up a free 20 minute consult to determine if I am the right fit for your needs.
