Life is not always easy and often takes a turn in a direction that you may not have seen coming. Whether you are in a season of transition, loss, grief, or wanting to grow and become the best version of you I would love to walk alongside you. As a counselor I work through a person-centered, adlerian, and trauma informed lense to create a safe space for my clients to recognize, process, and work through the emotions and thoughts that come along in life. I love meeting my clients where they are at and through therapy helping them gain insight and come to recognize their full potential.
I have a heart for Christian Counseling and for my client's who want this incorporated in their healing journey I am happy to do this however I will never push this on clients and love working with clients from all backgrounds.
I enjoy working with clients facing life transitions (to college, post grad, marriage, becoming a parent, new jobs, etc.) and stressors, infertility, boundaries, past trauma, anxiety, parenting a special needs child, and so much more.
