I have 30 years of experience supporting clients with concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem and life transitions. My expertise is in perinatal mental health, helping individuals navigate the challenges of infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period and those who experienced pregnancy loss.
I integrate various techniques in therapy and my approach with clients is caring, supportive, collaborative and interactive.
