I provide healing support for individuals dealing with trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and more. I am trained and experienced in using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, as well as other trauma-based recovery models, to help clients heal from many different forms of trauma and wounding.
