Hey there! I know you might be feeling stuck right now. You want life to feel different, even if you're not yet sure how. I'm here to help to shift from surviving to thriving. Populations I particularly enjoy working with include those between the ages of 20-40, queer folks, people who have experienced outdoor trauma or accidents, young people with chronic pain, and those in life transitions.
My therapeutic approach uses a strengths-based, relational, and holistic lens. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory. I utilize creative based, experiential, and somatic interventions as ways for my clients to feel into and embody new ways of being.
There is no wrong way to come to therapy. I encourage you to embrace what you feel will be most helpful for you. As a therapist, I value authenticity and non-judgment, an approach that is central to my practice, as I have personally experienced the challenge and transformation that therapy can bring.
