In my practice I collaborate with adults, teens, and kids on reaching their goals for greater wellness. Together we can address concerns such as anxiety, stress management, depression, life transitions, perfectionism & self-criticism, grief, or career & school issues.
Through an accepting counseling relationship, I support clients in exploring thoughts and emotions, clarifying values, and developing skills for personal growth. My approach integrates Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral theories, and I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused.
I aspire to provide culturally affirming care and welcome clients to discuss how social identities (i.e. sexual orientation, gender, race/ethnicity, religion/spirituality, (dis)ability/health, neurodivergence) may relate to counseling goals, if they so choose.
