About
For those times you feel alone, scared and unsure, it helps to have someone who can support and encourage you through difficult and challenging times. I believe therapy is about working to improve yourself and learning to express your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to share the areas you are needing assistance and support in.
My area of focus is helping individuals learn to cope with a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions as well as every day challenges. I have been providing supportive therapy services for over 10 years individually and within a family system.
My approach in therapy is using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing as well as using a strengths-based approach. When we meet, we will work together to develop a plan and learn techniques to help you reach your goals. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you!
