Counseling can help with issues that affect our behaviors and relationships. I’m here to offer support during times of transition. I am an ally to individuals in non-traditional relationships who may be facing issues related to non-monogamy, polyamory. I also work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and who are recovering from trauma.
I graduated from St. Edward’s University with a MA in Counseling in 2010 and a MA in General Psychology from North Central University in 2015. I have worked adolescents and adults providing career counseling and academic coaching, children’s groups for grief support, and divorce support groups.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to the client’s needs from Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I love working with clients on challenging topics like grief and sexuality in an open-minded and judgment-free space!
