Many of us carry around an old burden or ache that's been there so long that we may wonder if we'll ever be without it. We use any number of different ways to escape or cope — numbing, scrolling, ruminating, perfectionism, distraction, tuning out our feelings. I'm human; I've done all of these things, too. I know how difficult it can be to see the possibilities of feeling better when you are stuck in survival mode and old patterns. But if you're ready to let go of these burdens, and learn to feel everything that you are beyond the distraction, disconnection and pain, then I'm ready to do it with you.

My approach is warm and gentle, with a focus on helping you to notice your inner experience in your body and mind. We'll look at ways you may have learned to block or ignore your true feelings and needs. I have a particular interest in helping clients define and achieve a digital balance, managing overuse of things like social media, TV, porn, and gaming.

My goal is to create an environment where you can be your true self, and where all parts of you are invited to exist without judgment or shame. I mix the science & structure of therapy with the freedom to explore and be creative. Clients often discover a greater sense of openness and connection – not only to others in their lives but also to themselves.
