Welcome! You may be carrying grief, feeling stuck in a life transition, struggling to reconnect with yourself, or simply exhausted from holding everything together. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest and curious. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported exactly as you are.
I specialize in grief counseling, including suicide bereavement, and I also work closely with young adults, women navigating health and wellness concerns, military members, first responders, and their partners.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, caregiver stress, body image concerns, and major life transitions. Depending on your needs and goals, our work together may incorporate mindfulness/meditation practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy techniques to help you better build coping skills and reconnect.
I currently offer telehealth and in-person sessions during the day, evening and weekend to help make therapy more accessible. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying so much.
