I have experience with individuals and families of all age ranges working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings (substance use, trauma & mental health) with a variety of client focuses. Some of my primary approaches include but are not limited to Internal Family Systems (IFS), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
