Feeling better is so possible, but it is not about getting rid of all "negative" thoughts and feelings – it’s about building the resilience. The therapy & coaching I offer is for folks interested in living a purpose-driven life, who are willing to take a close look at the patterns of thoughts, emotions, & behaviors that get in their own way. I work mostly with self-aware folks dealing with life transitions, anxiety, self-doubt, & perfectionist tendencies. We’ll work together to learn how to sit with yourself, clarify goals, & take value-driven actions that are in alignment with your desires.
I specialize in helping clients connect with themselves - their values, their purpose, their intentions - and live from that space, rather than from automatic reactions & triggers. This is expansive, at times challenging work. My aim is to bring as much levity and enjoyment to the process as possible, but it is for folks seriously about living in integrity.
