Hello! My name is Lauren, and I hold a bachelor's and master's degrees in social work. I am clinically licensed and have worked in the field since 2009. I have worked with adults and adolescents in telehealth, inpatient, and field-based settings. Many of the individuals I have worked with have experienced challenges around relationship dynamics, sudden loss, marital and financial stressors, infidelity, negative peer relationships, body image, and balancing career and household demands. The individuals I have worked with are no different than most of us, who on some level are seeking balance, peace, and reassurance.
In our work together, I seek to explore root causes of your most pressing issues. Through mindfulness, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused approaches, we will work toward clarity and self-acceptance. You can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space for authentic self-expression, reflective listening, and renewed perspectives.
