About
Sometimes we get stuck. Life blindsides us and we haven't a clue how to cope with the cards we've been dealt. Other times, we encounter the same problem over and over again and can't seem to find our way out of that cycle. Our methods of coping and communicating aren't working. In fact, they may be making problems worse, creating new problems, and intensifying the pain we feel. We just want to feel seen, heard, and understood by someone. We are tired and lost. We want to get our lives back on track, but we aren't sure which direction to walk.
I recognize how hard it is to seek out help and share what feels scary, confusing, shameful, hopeless, or overwhelming to you. I assure you I am committed to providing a safe, judgment-free place for you to sort it all out. I've worked with many individuals and their families struggling with anxiety, depression, alcohol or drug abuse, trauma, and more.
My approach is warm, honest, and encouraging. I will take you and your circumstances very seriously, but I expect we may find ourselves laughing along the way as well. Together, we can chip away at whatever it is you are facing and find the hope, healing, and clarity you desire. Reach out when you are ready, and let's begin.
