I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I will help you take control of your life through the power of your own mind. I desire to provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to feel validated and empowered. My approach is to be personable, yet productive. You will feel heard and be able to gain new perspectives. My theoretical approach to therapy uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and attachment-based, which looks at your upbringing, and therapies. In couples therapy, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques.
I treat issues related to anxiety, stress, pregnancy, motherhood, relationship distress, anxiety, PTSD, and much more. I work with adults (18 and older) and couples.
Growth through therapy is based on the trust and understanding between the client and their therapist. My clients leave sessions feeling heard and respected.
