I work to help my clients process relationship difficulties, re-parenting and inner child work, processing of grief and/or trauma, parenting issues, and assist with skill building for neurocognitive disorders. We are created for connection, and I work to provide a space for each of my clients to heal and re-connect.
I acknowledge the importance of creativity, connection, and curiosity in the healing process. Through a variety of modalities including EMDR, IFS, ego state, talk therapy, sand tray, and play therapy, I am able to assist my clients in processing family of origin issues, grief, and trauma. I also love working with neurodivergent individuals.
Assisting my clients in creating their path to healing and rewriting their stories is at the center of what I do.
