I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, burnout, PTSD, infidelity, grief, and difficult life transitions. I have particular expertise working with healthcare professionals, first responders, and adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD or later in life. Many of my clients come to therapy after years of functioning in survival mode.
