I consider it a great honor to partner with clients to find ways to live with more authenticity and presence. With a Ph.D, in Clinical and School Psychology, and more than 20 years of experience, I have a deep appreciation for the journeys we take in life-where we have been, where we are now, and where we want to go. Although I see adults of all ages, I specialize in assisting college age/young adults to navigate the many challenges these years of identity development can bring.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey, with the client in the driver's seat, and the therapist as a reassuring companion and navigational assistant. I work in a trauma-informed, person-centered manner, with an emphasis on relational, CBT, and mindfulness based approaches. My style is affirming, warm, and empowering.
