In my therapeutic approach, I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered strategies, ensuring a holistic and adaptable framework. For my younger clients, I incorporate play therapy to create an engaging and comfortable environment.
Services are in-person! My office has a relaxing and comfortable environment and for those younger clients, an area designated for play therapy.
