If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or struggling to find your footing during a difficult season of life, therapy can provide a path toward healing and renewal. My approach integrates Somatic and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Brainspotting, to help clients access deeper levels of healing beyond traditional talk therapy. My goal is to help you restore a sense of aliveness, vitality, and authenticity. By working directly with the nervous system, we can release patterns of overwhelm, frustration, and feeling stuck.
I believe that many emotional challenges are rooted not only in our thoughts but also in our nervous systems and bodies. Together, we work to identify and gently process the underlying sources of distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, or emotional disconnection. Through a body-centered, I help clients develop greater sense of connection to themselves.
