I work with individuals 6+ who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, or simply the strain of holding everything together. In our work together, I offer gentle support, grounded guidance, and practical tools to help you build the life you envision. This is your space to breathe, process, and grow at a pace that feels right for you.
